If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you want. This will ensure the product is available and reaches you faster.

When returning items please make sure you return the correct item. Kookailab is not responsible for non-Kookailab items returned to us in error. We will not provide any compensation for incorrect items sent to Kookailab.

Only items purchased online directly from kookailab.com can be returned.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.
Items listed as final sale cannot be returned for refund.
Shipping charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for any return costs. Kookailab members receive free returns.
We recommend obtaining proof of return and retaining it until your refund is processed.
You will receive email notifications throughout your package’s journey and once your refund is approved.
Returns will be processed within 10-14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
Once approved, funds will appear in your account within 4-8 business days.

For Kookailab members, return shipping labels are free.

For all other guests, the return shipping label is $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you purchase as a guest, you can still sign up for a Kookailab account and get a free return shipping label.

Drop off your package to any USPS location.

Once your return is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Depending on your financial institution, there may be additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
